Sinéad has wide-ranging experience in collaborating with individuals on a broad range of issues, such as anxiety, addictions, depression, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, physical health, low self-esteem, psychosis, relationship challenges and work related stress. Her approach is integrative in that it draws upon a range of therapeutic models to address individual concerns. She employs Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Schema Therapy during the course of her client work.
Sinéad is passionate about empowering individuals in making sense of and resolving their difficulties in a holistic manner. She helps her clients augment their self-awareness and identifies patterns that make them resistant to change. She is driven by her mission to empower individuals and help them lead a fulfilling and satisfying life while addressing their pain points throughout their journey.
